The Democratic nominee is pediatrician Annie Andrews. A special primary will be held on August 11 to determine the Republican nominee following the death of four-term incumbent Lindsey Graham during his reelection bid. The seat is held by his sister, Republican appointee Darline Graham, who is seeking a full term.
